The refillable injector holds up to 2 oz (60 ml) of oil or fluorescent dye, providing fast, controlled filling with reliable sealing during use.

Solid Brass Construction

Built from solid brass metal for strong wear and corrosion resistance. The durable construction supports repeated connection and disconnection during AC service.

Wide Refrigerant Compatibility

Designed for R134A, R12, and R22 automotive and air conditioning systems. Suitable for fluorescent leak-detection dyes, POE oil, mineral oil, and other compatible AC oils.

High-Pressure Design

Rated working pressure: 600–3000 PSI. Includes a 13mm ID low-pressure coupler, 1/4" male SAE thread, 1/4 SAE female to low-pressure R134A quick coupler, and 8V1 female fitting.

Fast Connection & Filling

Quick-connect fittings allow efficient setup and removal. The injector provides controlled oil or dye delivery directly through the low-side service port.

Installation

1. Close the injector shut-off valve.
2. Unscrew the injector end and add the required oil or dye.
3. Reinstall and tighten the injector end.
4. Connect the appropriate coupler and attach the injector to the vehicle's low-side service port.
5. Open the injector valve and fill according to the required system pressure.
6. Clean the injector with brake cleaner after use.

Important: Before injecting additives or refrigerant, operate the AC with the compressor running and follow the vehicle or AC system's specified service procedure.
