Aluminum Door Hinge Routing Template

Wide Hinge Compatibility

Cuts clean mortises for round hinges with 1/4" and 5/8" radius and square-corner hinges with a chisel. Supports hinge lengths from 2.5" to 5" and works with most interior and exterior doors.

Note: Designed for use on the door leaf only, not door jambs.

Built-In Depth Adjustment

The multi-level depth gauge accommodates thick 4.5" and 5" hinges as well as 2.5", 3", 3.5", and 4" hinges for consistent cutting depth and accurate positioning.

Includes a self-centering hinge bit and double-ended screwdriver bit for efficient setup and installation.
